Borgo Casa Al Vento offers 9 types of accommodations:

  • 6 apartments (1 for 2 people, 2 for 4 people and 3 for 6 people)
  • 1 private villa “L’ultimo Eremo”, made up of 4 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, swimming pool and private sauna, a large living room with kitchen.

Enjoy a cooking class with our chef Antonio Sapienti.  Classes are three hours of fun in our large kitchen with view.  Prepare home made pasta with different shapes, learn how to marinate and cook wild boar, listen to the secrets of the most authentic home-made tiramisu, and more.

Gaiole in Chianti is the city where L’Eroica started for the first time almost 20 years ago.  If you love biking this is your chance to ride the white roads that made this race a cult for bicycle lovers.

  • Butcher experience (2,5 hours)

Visit Lorenzo Chini’s butcher shop, one of the oldest butcher shops in Gaiole in Chianti, watch him break down a pig and map out animal fat through basic butchery, taste different cured meat at different ages and enjoy lunch with the butcher.
