Founded in 1999 by Manon Robert, this destination boutique has become a benchmark in Quebec, attracting customers from across the province and even internationally. In the store, you can find excellent quality Quebec and imported products, a Kusmi Tea section, selected coffees, fine chocolates, spices, syrups and sparkling drinks for cocktails, flour, pasta, and rice. The shop also offers a café area and a tasting bar.

In 2019, Les Passions de Manon welcomes a brand new café space created by none other than Manon’s son: Anthony. Le Albert Café neighborhood café-bistro located in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe. This café offers a varied selection of coffees, sandwiches, salads, pastries, refreshing beverages and many other options to discover. Its concept is modern with a European atmosphere. Located inside the Les Passions de Manon, the Albert Café invites you to live the “European market” experience , 7 days a week. Leashed dogs are welcome.
