Gioiella Latticini

Presentation

Gioiella Latticini began in the city of Gioia del Colle, in Puglia in 1942. The city of Gioia del Colle is known around the world being the birthplace of one of the most famous cheeses in Italy, Fior di Latte mozzarella. It was this city’s history that inspired two brothers Sebastiano and Francesco Capurso who grew up in Gioia, to create Gioiella Latticini. Starting as a small shop in the center of the town, today Gioiella cheese from Gioia can be found on tables throughout Italy.

After generations of growing the business, their goal is still to improve and continue to offer delicious cheeses that they have become known for in Italy. Thanks to their passion and commitment to their customers, Gioiella cheeses have become synonymous with quality and innovation.
