Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • 1 small knob of butter
  • 15 g of salt

Instructions

Sift the flour with the salt and add the sugar.

Grease a wide and low pan with butter. Wet the fingers of one hand. Take some flour in your hand, rubbing hands together and letting the “fregolas” fall in the pan, using all of the flour.

Roll out the “fregolas” in the pan in order to obtain a uniform layer and bake at 150 ° until the surface of the cake will be golden.

Let it cool before serving.
