Production of the Nocciola Piemonte IGP is 4860 tons per year on an area of ​​3315 hectares mainly in the province of Cuneo. It is also produced in the province of Asti and Alessandria.

There are 784 companies that produce these hazelnuts and they are located mainly in Alta Langa.
