Sardegna DOP is extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Bosana, Tonda di Cagliari, Nera di Villacidro and Semidana olive varieties, that is produced within the entire Mediterranean island region of Sardinia.

Sardegna DOP is primarily green in colour, is has a fruity aroma and flavour, with slight bitterness and spiciness. It’s strong flavour and is ideal for typical Sardinian dishes such as liver pate crostini, grilled red meats, and a variety of soups and sauces.

The oil is most often enjoyed with an typical Sardinian artichoke salad and slices of Fiore Sardo DOP and Pecorino Sardo DOP cheeses.
