Masi Agricola manages a variety vineyards both in the Valpolicella Classico DOC area and in the macro region of “Le Venezie”, the Venetian territories as a whole. The name Masi is derived from Vaio dei Masi, the small valley, in the Valpolicella vineyard in Veneto, which acquired at the end of the 18th century by the Boscaini family, which still owns it to this day. Sandro Boscaini, as passionate and involved as always, proudly runs the company with his children, Alessandra and Raffaele, responsible for the Masi Technical Group.
Since 1973, the Boscaini family and the Conti Serego Alighieri, descendants of the famous poet Dante Alighieri and owners since 1353, have combined to produce world-renowned wines on the prestigious vineyards of the Serego Alighieri, in Valpolicella in Veneto.
The mission of Masi is to produce wines that express the style, characteristics and values of the region, and it is a proud Ambassador of Veneto at the national and international levels. Masi’s viticultural expertise is obvious in their skills and techniques which have been passed down by previous generations along with the knowledge acquired from modern research.
La Foresteria Serego Alighieri offers 8 exclusive apartments with wooden floors, flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning. Free WiFi is available in all public areas.
The apartments include a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge, and some also feature original wood-beamed ceilings. A varied breakfast buffet is served daily in the breakfast room.

When was the last time you had dinner in an Italian restaurant in Canada and you thought you were dining in Italy? That’s exactly how “Ospitalità Italiana Certified”restaurants want you to feel when you visit their fine dining establishments.
Ospitalità Italiana is an official certification from Unioncamere, Italy’s federation of local Chambers of Commerce and Industry, that tells you that the food you are enjoying is unquestionably Italian: products are authentic, ingredients genuine and recipes true to the thousand year history of Italian cuisine.
Canada is home to some leading Italian Chefs. Passionate and innovative, many have refined their skills and advanced their knowledge directly in Italy. In addition, Montréal boasts a fabulous cooking school ITHQ where young aspiring chefs learn Italian technic and Italian traditional recipes from the masters.
So the next time you make reservations for an Italian dinner in a Montreal restaurant, ask if they’ve received the Ospitalità Italiana seal of approval. You will enjoy the true Italian taste.
