White grape variety: Garganega
Soave Superiore DOCG is a wine classified as “Superiore” or “Classico” because it is made from vines within the original wine zone of Soave, in Veneto. This appellation is known for producing dry white wines from Garganega grapes. These grapes have particularly thick skin, which can withstand the mist coming from the nearby Po Valley.
This straw-colored wine is fruity yet spicy with vanilla notes and pairs well with fish, shellfish, pasta and white meats.
