Vulture DOP

Vulture DOP extra virgin olive oil is typically made from the Ogliarola del Vulture olive variety.

Vulture DOC olive oil is produced within several municipalities in the Province of Potenza in the Basilicata region of southern Italy. The olive oil is yellow-amber in colour with some green highlights and the flavour is sweet, slightly bitter and spicy.

Vulture DOP extra virgin olive oil is ideal for using in typical Basilicatan dishes, such as cavatelli with rapini, salted cod and bean and chicory minestrone.
