Alto Crotonese DOP extra virgin olive oil is made with the Carolea olive variety in the Province of Crotone, in Calabria.

Alto Crotonese DOP has a colour that varies from pale green to straw yellow, it has a delicate aroma of olives and a light fruity taste.
