Our fruity springtime spritz was designed to celebrate all things Italian! We decided to pair the floral orchard fruit notes of our sustainability-focused Prosecco with one of Sicily’s favourite fruits, in the form of a house-made blood orange sherbert. Providing body and citrus to the cocktail is limoncino from Northern Italy, whilst Cocchi Rosa and locally-made mandarin amaro add a bitter fruity complexity. A small dose of Sicilian lemon-infused white balsamic provides a curious tang, and a house oregano tincture lends to a subtle herbal aroma. Garnished with upcycled blood orange pulp and crystallised Venetian Aperol.
