-75ml of orange (juice)

-75ml of Prosecco DOC

– orange slices of your choice for decoration

There are only two ingredients, and the recipe is very simple and quick. Pour the quantities indicated above into a tulip glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, and the result will give your cocktail great elegance and simplicity.

2. The Bellini

A blend of elegance and freshness, the Bellini is a Venetian icon that enchants with the sweetness of peach and the lively splash of Prosecco DOC. It’s super simple to make! Pour peach juice into a tulip glass and gently add Prosecco DOC. It’s an explosion of flavor in a glass, transporting you on a sensory journey through the canals of Venice with every sip.

Ingredients

-60ml of white peach puree

-90ml of Prosecco DOC

-sugar and some raspberries to taste

Preparation

If you like, you can blend with two peaches (if you want to also add three raspberries to brighten up the final color of the cocktail) and a little Prosecco DOC. Practical and effective! If you don’t use the peach nectar immediately you can store it in the fridge to avoid oxidation.

3. The Rossini

The Rossini is an explosion of joy in the glass. Fruity! Fresh! And a great companion for pastry, too! Muddle strawberries with Prosecco DOC in a breath to summer sweetness. The perfect companion for light appetizers, fish dishes and fruit desserts, Rossini turns every moment into an unforgettable dining experience.

Ingredients

-50ml of strawberry puree

-10g of sugar

-100ml of Prosecco DOC

-a strawberry for garnish

Preparation

This cocktail, created paying homage to the famous Italian composer Gioacchino Rossini, is a fresh and tasty recipe. Blend the strawberries with the sugar and then add the Prosecco DOC. Give a short vigorous stir and serve in a tulip glass.

4. The Hugo

The Hugo is a summer harmony of sparkling Prosecco DOC, elderflower syrup and a touch of tonic water, a dance of flavors that awakens the senses. Now close your eyes. Imagine yourself sitting in a small typical bar after a long day spent walking in the wonders of Italy. The fresh scent, the enveloping sweetness of elderberry and the sparkle of Prosecco DOC. I have already convinced you to drink it, no?!

Ingredients

-20ml of lemon balm or elderflower syrup

-150ml of Prosecco DOC

-a slice of lemon or lime

– salt or soda

-fresh mint leaves

-ice

Preparation

The advice is to start by pouring some ice into the glass, so that our Proseco DOC retains its sparkling part. Add the syrup and thin the drink a little with some soda. Mix carefully and delicately and embellish with a fresh mint topping and a slice of lime. Cheers!

5. Limoncello Spritz

Yes, we said we wanted to change the Spritz but this Limoncello version is nothing like the classic recipe in terms of taste. On the palate it’s a dance in Mediterranean flavors, a trip to the Italian coast, where the sweetness of the lemon marries with the liveliness of the bubbles.  Here you have to replace the Aperol with lemon liqueur then add Prosecco DOC and a dash of ‘sparkling water. There is no better way to enjoy and celebrate, under the summer sun or in the company of friends, the sweetness of life.

Ingredients

-60ml of limoncello

-60ml of Prosecco DOC

-a long lemon peel

-60ml of sparkling water

-ice

Preparation

Put ice in a glass of Prosecco DOC. Pour in the limoncello and sparkling water. Rub the opening of the glass with lemon zest and place it on the edge as a decoration. This will enhance the smell and stimulate the pleasantness of the moment even more!
