Umbria DOP extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, San Felice, Rajo and Dolce Agocia olive varieties and is produced within the region of Umbria.

Presentation

Umbria DOP has been cultivated in the region which has been a popular olive growing region since the Roman times. The oil has a greenish-yellow colour with a strong fruity aroma and flavour, revealing strong hints of bitterness and spiciness.

Umbria DOP’s intense flavour and aroma, make it an ideal addition to a variety of local Umbrian dishes, especially savoury dishes such as pasta, meats, and vegetables.
