The c. 130 hectare large family estate is known for its estate-grown, organic, dry Lambrusco wines and other sparkling wines from Emilia, striving to maintain authentic and sustainable wine-making traditions by creating wines that innovate and inspire.
With a manual harvest, their team of oenologists and consultants carefully selects the grapes to guarantee the best organoleptic and olfactory characteristics.

Relais Roncolo 1888 is your home away from home in the Emilian countryside. Located in the upper part of our estate, the relais is a borgo around the Italian garden of the historic Villa Manodori. The 17 recently renovated rooms and suites are located in three buildings on the upper level of the estate: Villa Manodori and its outbuildings Dimora Ancini and Dimora Acetaia. The buildings and rooms have been renovated with care and respect for traditional features following a multi-year restoration, and offer guests the opportunity to spend a relaxing stay. A delicious breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of organic products made in-house and from local producers.
