Masseria De Tursi

Operating organically since 1994, the farm covers an area of 90 hectares devoted solely for the purpose of allowing the sheep to roam and inhabit the natural pastures.


The farm is located in the heart of the Marquis of Crotone, more precisely in “Murgie of Strongoli” outside the town of Strongoli. This area is considered one of the most interesting and charming SCI (Site of Community Importance) in the province of Crotone.

Dating back to the early twentieth century, the farm was born from the passion of Luigi De Tursi and is managed by his son Giuseppe, who maintains the original methods of rural farming, the ancient traditions related to the production and processing of milk, all the while maintaining and meeting the requirements imposed by the strict sanitary regulations CEE.
