MoleCola, the Italian Cola, is the result of a collaboration between Italian companies that bring their expertise to this unique project.
MoleCola is certified by Italcheck, a non-profit organization that ensures the protection of Made in Italy and certifies the Italian origin of products.
Every ingredient is sourced from Italian companies: the aromas are extracted and selected by a specialized company located in the Florence area, the Italian beet sugar is produced by the last remaining producer in Italy, part of a cooperative project involving 5,700 farmers. A key element is the spring water, a natural mineral water considered one of the lightest in Europe, sourced from the Maritime Alps in Piedmont.
Committed to environmental sustainability, MoleCola is a completely plastic-free company. Its iconic glass bottle, designed by Curve Studio in Turin, is named 90.60.90, with shapes reminiscent of the curves of 1950s divas, while the elegant engraved details are inspired by the world of Italian tailoring.
In 2017, the bottle won first prize in the Material Design category at the International Design Awards (IDA) in Los Angeles, a prestigious competition that annually celebrates the best design projects.
Since 2016, MoleCola has supported Renken, an Italian association operating in Senegal to improve living conditions in local communities.
MoleCola is the perfect alternative that meets a wide range of needs: respectful of the environment, socially conscious, and globally minded. This unique combination enhances a profound sense of belonging—the essence of Italian cuisine around the world.

When was the last time you had dinner in an Italian restaurant in Canada and you thought you were dining in Italy? That’s exactly how “Ospitalità Italiana Certified”restaurants want you to feel when you visit their fine dining establishments.
Ospitalità Italiana is an official certification from Unioncamere, Italy’s federation of local Chambers of Commerce and Industry, that tells you that the food you are enjoying is unquestionably Italian: products are authentic, ingredients genuine and recipes true to the thousand year history of Italian cuisine.
Canada is home to some leading Italian Chefs. Passionate and innovative, many have refined their skills and advanced their knowledge directly in Italy. In addition, Montréal boasts a fabulous cooking school ITHQ where young aspiring chefs learn Italian technic and Italian traditional recipes from the masters.
So the next time you make reservations for an Italian dinner in a Montreal restaurant, ask if they’ve received the Ospitalità Italiana seal of approval. You will enjoy the true Italian taste.
