Red grape variety: Sangiovese Canaiolo
The Torgiano Rosso Riserva DOCG is produced in Torgiano, Perugia.
It is a dry white wine, mainly made from Sangiovese, but can also contain up to 30% Canaiolo, as well as other varietals such as Ciliegiolo, Montepulciano or Trebbiano Toscano.
This rich and complex ruby red wine, is harvested in November and is aged for a minimum of three years.
