Prosecco, Tiramisù, Grappa and Culture

Located in the North-East of Italy, the Veneto Region is a land that offers its visitors the pleasure of immersing themselves in magnificent natural landscapes, exploring beautiful villages and enjoying the taste of an ancient eno-gastronomic tradition.

Prosecco, Tiramisù, Grappa and Culture

In Veneto, a few km from Treviso, easily reachable by public transport, is the historic city of Castelfranco Veneto. The city has very ancient origins dating back to 1199, when the Municipality of Treviso felt the need to guard the border with the rival cities of Padua and Vicenza. The area where the city stands today was chosen to build a fortress-city. The remains of what was once the ancient castle are now the main feature of the city, which owes its name to them.

In addition, Montréal boasts a fabulous cooking school ITHQ where young aspiring chefs learn Italian technic and Italian traditional recipes from the masters.
