Soave DOC is a wine zone located near Verona in Veneto. To qualify as Soave DOC, the wine must be composed of at least 70% Garganega grapes.
The production area is quite large and expands from the communes of Monteforte d’Alpone, San Martino Buon Albergo, Mezzane di Sotto, Ronca, Montecchia di Crosara, San Giovanni Ilarione, San Bonifacio, Cazzano di Tramigna, Colognola ai Colli, Caldiero, Illasi, Lavagno, to Soave.
With aromas of apples, this fruity, dry white wine pairs well with radicchio, various antipasti and white fish.
