This popularity is undoubtedly explained by the exceptional work of the association of Prosecco producers, the Consorzio di tutela della Denominazione di Origine Controllata Prosecco. The Prosecco DOC Consortium works diligently to promote and protect the uniqueness of Prosecco DOC.
The most famous Italian sparkling wine is coming to restaurants near you for this summer ! Come and taste Prosecco DOC during the Resto Weeks in Québec and Calgary. As light wine, the Prosecco DOC can be adapted to any occasion, ideal for everyday, and perfect for this summer !
From June 8th to June 22th 2023, customers from the provinces of Quebec and Alberta will be able to taste the wines in the «Prosecco DOC and Prosecco DOC Rosé Resto Weeks» promotion, an initiative proposed by the Consorzio di tutela della Denominazione di Origine Controllata Prosecco to promote the brand and increase awareness of Prosecco DOC among Quebec and Alberta consumers.
More than 80 selected restaurants (20 in Quebec area and 30 in Calgary) will propose their customers an “Prosecco DOC menu limited in time” customized for each restaurant where you can taste Prosecco DOC in its different forms and on different occasions (cocktails, by the glass, with dinner, brunch, etc).
