Centrally located in the Veneto, Cantina Colli Euganei is surrounded by some of the region’s most noted D.O.C.G and D.O.C areas. The cooperative includes wineries in some of the Veneto’s most illustrious municipalities, included are Torreglia, Galzignano Terme, Lozzo Atestino and Este.
This varied inclusion of wineries has allowed the cooperative to have a varied assortment of wines showcasing the diverse nature of Northern Italian viniculture, more specifically the prowess of Venetian wine making. The majority of the vines encompassed under the Cantina Colli Euganei cover the Euganean Hills Nature Reserve, a scenic retreat among the Veneto’s wine country. The cooperative similarly encapsulates a wide variety of grapes, with varietals such Moscato Giallo and Moscato Bianco playing a prevalent role in the company’s bottled production.
With a history linked to that of the local area, Cantina Colli Euganei, which was founded in 1949 in the hopes of establishing a D.O.C status for its multitudes of wines, has become a consistent promoter of high quality grapes and wines. This increased focus on creating wines intended on reaching a superior level of quality has seen its transformation to a more contemporary producer of exceptional wines, changing its production methods to match the more contemporary tastes and desire of a 21st century global wine market.

When was the last time you had dinner in an Italian restaurant in Canada and you thought you were dining in Italy? That’s exactly how “Ospitalità Italiana Certified”restaurants want you to feel when you visit their fine dining establishments.
Ospitalità Italiana is an official certification from Unioncamere, Italy’s federation of local Chambers of Commerce and Industry, that tells you that the food you are enjoying is unquestionably Italian: products are authentic, ingredients genuine and recipes true to the thousand year history of Italian cuisine.
Canada is home to some leading Italian Chefs. Passionate and innovative, many have refined their skills and advanced their knowledge directly in Italy. In addition, Montréal boasts a fabulous cooking school ITHQ where young aspiring chefs learn Italian technic and Italian traditional recipes from the masters.
So the next time you make reservations for an Italian dinner in a Montreal restaurant, ask if they’ve received the Ospitalità Italiana seal of approval. You will enjoy the true Italian taste.
