The Prosecco DOC Consortium works diligently to promote and protect the uniqueness of Prosecco DOC.
This summer, the iconic Prosecco DOC will sparkle at Le Grand Apéro Montréal, one of the city’s most anticipated wine events. Organized by the SAQ, Le Grand Apéro is a two-day celebration that brings together wine lovers, producers, and sommeliers in a lively, convivial setting.
Le Grand Apéro is a true feast for the senses, offering visitors the chance to discover exceptional wines from around the world, meet producers, and taste new favourites. With thousands of attendees over two days, the event is a must for anyone passionate about wine and gastronomy in Montréal.
This year, Prosecco DOC is taking over its dedicated space with a theme inspired by Italy’s most beloved tradition: “L’Aperitivo à l’italienne”.
The Aperitivo is more than just a pre-dinner drink in Italy — it’s a ritual. A moment to slow down, enjoy good company, and savour light bites paired with something sparkling and refreshing. And there is no better companion for this magical moment than a glass of Prosecco DOC.
